You get the business's name, address and phone number before it sees your details.
Vetted means: the business really exists.
Before a business can buy requests, we check that it exists as a company.

- or its entry with the Malta Business Registry
- Account activated only after the check
What we do not check: the quality of the work, prices or availability. You agree those directly with the business.
What happens to your details
- Before buying, businesses only see the basics: service, postcode and town, and your project details – not your name, street, phone number or email.
- Only the one business that takes on your request receives your name, email, phone number and address. We store them encrypted.
- If no business takes on your request within 21 days, we withdraw it.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Frequently asked questions
What does the request cost me?
Nothing. Offrano is paid by the businesses: whoever takes on a request pays a fixed price for it.
Do I have to hire the business?
No. The request is without obligation. Whether you give the job to the business, and on what terms, is between you and the business.
Why do you need my mobile number?
The business that takes on your request gets in touch by phone or email – so it needs your number. The code by text message shows that the number is yours. Other businesses do not receive it.
What if no business takes it on?
That can happen – we cannot promise a job. If no business takes on your request within 21 days, we withdraw it.
How do I withdraw my consent?
Using the withdrawal link in our email to you. After that, we no longer pass on your request.
