Price and payment at Offrano

For customers: Free and without obligation
For businesses: Fixed price per request, depending on service and country, shown before buying
Pricing principle: Fair fixed prices per service and country, exclusive.
Payment: Per purchase by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay
24-hour buyer protection: If the customer withdraws within 24 hours of the purchase, the business is refunded the full price automatically.
Complaints: Accepted complaints are refunded to the payment method.

How a request works at Offrano

1. Request: The customer describes the project and gives the location and contact details.
2. Confirmation: Mobile number by text message code, email address by link
3. Purchase: One business buys the request; after that it is gone for everyone else.
4. Name email: The customer receives the business's name, address and phone number before the business sees the contact details.
5. Contact: The business gets in touch by phone or email. The customer and the business agree the job between themselves.

What Offrano is not

Not a contractor: Offrano does not carry out the requested work and is not a party to the contract for the job.
No quality check: The check covers the existence of the business, not the quality of its work.
Not a comparison site: A request goes to exactly one business; there are no reviews and no rankings.
No guaranteed job: It is not certain that a business will take on a request. After 21 days an untaken request is withdrawn.

What does the request cost me?

Nothing. Offrano is paid by the businesses: whoever takes on a request pays a fixed price for it.

Do I have to hire the business?

No. The request is without obligation. Whether you give the job to the business, and on what terms, is between you and the business.

Why do you need my mobile number?

The business that takes on your request gets in touch by phone or email – so it needs your number. The code by text message shows that the number is yours. Other businesses do not receive it.

What if no business takes it on?

That can happen – we cannot promise a job. If no business takes on your request within 21 days, we withdraw it.

How do I withdraw my consent?

Using the withdrawal link in our email to you. After that, we no longer pass on your request.

For businesses

Can a request be sold more than once?

No. Each request is sold exactly once. When you buy it, it disappears from the shop.

What if the customer withdraws shortly after I buy?

That is what the 24-hour buyer protection is for: if the customer withdraws within 24 hours of your purchase, we refund the full price automatically to the payment method you used. You do not need to do anything.

How many requests are there in my area?

That depends on the service and the area, and we do not quote figures we cannot back up. Once your account is activated, the shop shows which requests are currently open.

What does the customer learn about my business?

Your business's name, address and phone number – by email, before you see their contact details. So your call is expected.

Why is my business verified?

So that customers can rely on a real company being behind the call. We check that the business exists, not the quality of its work.
