What you see before you buy

Create an account
With your name, company, country and VAT number. Sign in with a one-time code, no password.

Verification
We check that your business exists. Only then can you buy.

Browse requests
Open requests with their basic details – without contact details.

Buy
At a fixed price, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. After that nobody else can buy it.

Contact the customer
You receive the contact details. The customer already knows your name.
How the price is set
Each request has a fixed price that you see before buying. It depends on the service and the country.
Fair fixed prices per service and country, exclusive: you see the price before you buy, and whoever buys the request has it alone.
You pay for each request when you buy it – by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You can save your payment method in your account, so the next purchase takes one click. All purchases, with their requests and receipts, are in your account.
What a request comes with
- The mobile number is confirmed by a text message code and the email address by a confirmation link. Only then does the request go into the shop.
- Every request is complete: name, email, phone number and address. The customer has agreed that the one business that buys it may contact them by phone and email.
- Customers find Offrano through search engines and AI assistants when they are looking for a business for a specific project.
Complaints
If we accept a complaint, we refund the price of the request to the payment method you used. When a complaint is accepted is set out in the complaints rules.
Frequently asked questions
Can a request be sold more than once?
No. Each request is sold exactly once. When you buy it, it disappears from the shop.
What if the customer withdraws shortly after I buy?
That is what the 24-hour buyer protection is for: if the customer withdraws within 24 hours of your purchase, we refund the full price automatically to the payment method you used. You do not need to do anything.
How many requests are there in my area?
That depends on the service and the area, and we do not quote figures we cannot back up. Once your account is activated, the shop shows which requests are currently open.
What does the customer learn about my business?
Your business's name, address and phone number – by email, before you see their contact details. So your call is expected.
Why is my business verified?
So that customers can rely on a real company being behind the call. We check that the business exists, not the quality of its work.
