1. Who we are and when these terms apply
Offrano is a brand of XARC Solutions SHPK, Rruga Ali Demi, Ndërtesa P.263, Hyrja 1, Ap. 1, 1000 Tiranë, Albania, email: contact@offrano.com ("Offrano", "we", "us").
These terms apply to anyone who submits an enquiry to businesses through Offrano ("customers"), whether as a private individual or on behalf of a company. Businesses that buy enquiries are subject to separate terms.
2. What Offrano does
Offrano receives your enquiry, checks your phone number and email address and offers the enquiry to businesses that work in the chosen trade in your area. Before buying, businesses see only your postcode and town and the details of the work — not your name, street, house number, phone number or email address. Exactly one business can buy your enquiry, and it pays Offrano for it. With your consent, that business receives your contact details and the details of your enquiry. Before it sees them, we email you its name, address and phone number.
3. Free for you
Using Offrano is free of charge for customers. Offrano is funded by businesses paying for enquiries. Neither Offrano nor the business may charge you for the introduction.
4. No guarantee of a quote
We do not guarantee that a business will buy your enquiry or send you a quote. If no business buys the enquiry within 21 days, it is withdrawn from the shop and later deleted (see privacy notice). You are under no obligation to accept a quote from the business.
5. Offrano is not your contractor
Any contract for the work you have asked for is made, if at all, directly between you and the business. Offrano is not a party to it, does not carry out any of the requested work and is not liable for the business's quotes, prices, workmanship or solvency.
We only admit businesses as buyers and check their VAT number or a register extract for this purpose. Businesses confirm to us that they hold the professional and trade licences required for their work. Offrano does not assess the quality of their work. Please check quotes and the business's qualifications yourself.
6. Your obligations
- Only give your own contact details, or those of a person who has expressly asked you to make the enquiry for them.
- Give truthful details about your enquiry. Joke, test and fake enquiries are prohibited.
- Do not submit the same enquiry more than once.
If you breach these rules, we may block and delete the enquiry.
7. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent to disclosure and contact at any time with effect for the future — via the link in any of our emails or by email to contact@offrano.com. What happens then is explained in section A5 of the privacy notice.
8. Consumers' right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel this user agreement.
Cancellation information
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires fourteen days after the day on which the contract is concluded. The contract is concluded when you submit your enquiry.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (XARC Solutions SHPK, Rruga Ali Demi, Ndërtesa P.263, Hyrja 1, Ap. 1, 1000 Tiranë, Albania, email: contact@offrano.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation: if you cancel this contract, we will withdraw your enquiry from the shop and will not pass it on. As the service is free, there are no payments to refund.
Loss of the right to cancel: the right to cancel ends once we have fully performed the service, that is, once your enquiry has been passed to a business. Your right to withdraw your data protection consent (section 7) is not affected.

9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for death or personal injury. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Liability that cannot be excluded by law remains unaffected.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you are habitually resident. As a consumer you may also bring proceedings against us in the courts of the country where you live. If you act for a business, the place of jurisdiction is Tiranë, Albania.
11. Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
12. Changes
Your enquiry is governed by the version of these terms in force when you submitted it.
